CANCELLATIONS BY THE USER
In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, we will not refund the amount, however, a customer can redeem the amount transferred for some other product. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty four) hours of making the order on the Site.
BILLING
The product is inclusive of the VAT. The VAT charged shall depend upon the destination where the order has to be shipped. The tax rate applied to the order will be the combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the address where the order is being shipped. We reserve the right to collect taxes for shipping charges wherever applicable.

DELIVERY
Our products are handcrafted. We try our level best to dispatch it in 2-3 working days but it may vary if there is a public holiday or festival. For any query, you can contact us on +91 9667332132.
RETURNS
1- Once your order is placed, we do not offer any exchange, return or refunds.
2- We are happy to help in case the outfit has defects. Please mail us on contact.bhavdiya@gmail.com .
3- Returns/ exchange are not possible for colour. Please be sure of the colour before ordering.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
Any kind of defects in the product should be informed within 24 hours of delivery. Also, defective pieces replacement issues will be resolved within 1 month from date of delivery.
